Nicholas Dwane Auctioneering operates from his main office in The Burgery, Dungarvan on the main Waterford Cork road. Nicholas is a member of the IPAV and is well established since 2002. Nicholas provides a comprehensive property service that includes: Residential Sales & Lettings, Commercial Sales & Lettings, Agricultural Sales & Lettings, and Valuations. We offer a professional quality service at all times.

 

Nicholas is from a farming background and also works in the Livestock  industry. He is extremely well known in agricultural circles and has a wealth of knowledge in the area of Agriculture and a long association with landowners. He has built up a very good “Land Sales” portfolio and is recognised as a  specialist in this area. He also has an excellent reputation in negotiating both private and public sales not only locally but also nationally.

 

 

Mary Dwane is with Nicholas Dwane Auctioneering since he opened up in Dungarvan in 2002. Mary has gained enormous experience over the years in all aspects of the property market. Carol Dwane has a Business Degree from UCC and has an in depth knowledge of the property industry.
